The two capacitors C1 and C2. They are to be soldered between pins 1 and 8.
The yellow one is a tantalum dipped 10uF 16V cap. Note that it is polarized. The positive end goes to pin 1! The red cap is a 0.1uf monolithic ceramic capacitor. It is not polarized.
